JLUXLABEL offers a 14-day return window from the delivery date for store credit only, provided items are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that final sale items, bodysuits, and accessories are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return for store credit.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging and include the provided return packing slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a digital gift card for the total value minus shipping fees will be emailed to you.
